When serving as sponsoring or local counsel, Jax Law Offices may:
- Execute and file Pro Hac Vice applications and declarations
- Appear as required by local rules or court order
- Assist with procedural compliance and local practice requirements
- Coordinate filings, deadlines, and court communications
The scope of involvement is determined case-by-case and confirmed in writing.
